during setup and copy files, I received Copy Error. Setup could not find and
copy sprb0c0a.dll. After checking I find I am missing that file. I can not
find information on that dll, to determine if I should by pass and continue
with load. I do not know who to trust for a scan and repair.

What language version of Windows XP do you have and what language
version of SP 3 are you trying to install?
