Loading problem

Hi,

For a few weeks, I've had a disturbing probem in IE6 (with WinXP Pro) when I
try to load any web page just after the connection to the Internet: only the
first page's elements are loaded (title, header...). To see the entire page,
I have to press the famous F5 key...
However, if I'm already connected, there is no problem when I type another
address :-\

Would you have an idea to solve that problem?

Having the same problem on a clients home XP box. He is behind a dlink
router and has two accounts in XP. His other account loads fine, first shot
but not the other. Just headers or page can't be displayed.
If I find a solution I will keep you apprised.
