I installed Windows XP some 2 years ago. 2 weeks ago i loaded Office 2003, i
needed Powerpoint. I have downloaded office, can create powerpoint
presentations, but my computer won't then read the presentation that i have
created, neither will it read a presentation that i have on a CD-ROM.

Gareth

What sort of media is your presentation, that you created, on?

Can you view the contents of the CD-ROM by using windows explorer (not internet explorer)

What can you see?

You need to choose Help, Check for Updates and download/install at least the
first Critical Update for PowerPoint (which should fix the problem you're
having)
