Hope someone can help me with this problem;
Running Windows XP; ADSL; IE 6 (Service Pack 1); weekly
virus scans; ad-aware; spybot;
PROBLEM:
1. I can access English Language web sites, however I
cannot open Chinese websites - I can only open them if I
change the 'encoding' to 'western european'. This makes
the page illegible.
I have tried the following solutions:
1. Uninstalling Internet Explorer and then re-installing.
2. Adding in languages using 'internet options'
then 'languages'
3. Opening 'control panel' and selecting 'time, date,
language and regional options' and selecting 'add other
languages'
Any help with this would be most appreciative.
