What does "trouble" mean? Any error messages? How about some details.

I don't know what MP3 player you use but with my Creative Zen Vision I just
use Windows Explorer to copy my mp3 and video files to it. I know with an
Apple shuffle this is not possible, but you might want to give that a shot.
