Loading .jpg or graphic files faster

I have several .jpg format graphics in a web-site we are creating. Are there
some "tricks" or ways to get them to possibly compress or load faster?

Make them dimensionally smaller. Make them have a lower quality. Other
than that, there is nothing you can do.
 
Resize and optimize them prior to importing them into FP.
IrFanview is great for this (and it's a freebie).

Yes you must optimise or compress them *in an image editor* e.g. PhotoShop
Elements, PhotoDraw, PhotoShop, Corel, Fireworks or whatever else you fancy.

Frontpage can't help you in editing images or compressing them - it's not an
image editor.It has *very* limited imaged editing capability (if any) other
than resizing (as in the actual dimensions - width x height) the image.
