Good Morning Steve,
The CD that you are using, is it the UPGRADE, or the FULL INSTALL version?
If it is the full install version, what error is it giving you? Where in
the install process is it not working?
If it is the upgrade, then do you have a qualified PowerPoint version loaded
or available? The upgrade is far less expensive, but requires a previous
version of PowerPoint to authenticate it's installation.
