Anyone ever see this error:

Windows 2000 could not start because of an error in the
software"
Please report this problem as :
Loader error 3

Dell laptop with Windows 2000, had the Blue Screen of
Death. Tried to re-boot and all it does is go thru
the "Starting Windows ====---", then I get this error.

Tried to get around this with the boot diagnositcs... and
got no where.

Really need to get this back quickly - if anyone can help
I am willing to call you direct if this is an easy fix.

Do not have the Windows 2000 CD as this is a company
machine and was loaded at our IT department.
