I was having trouble with the CPU usage on my computer, so
I downloaded and installed the SP4. It seems to have
helped. But now I keep getting prompted to insert the
MSMoney CD for installation. So I did, and it seems to
have worked. Then it moves on and looks for the Office
2000 cd. So I put that in. It says it can't find the file
that it needs to install. I use the "browse" to get the
right file, and it says it doesn't work. So I get out of
that and just try to reinstall Office altogether, and it's
now saying that my product key isn't right. It's the same
key I used to install Office, why isn't it working now?!
How do I get it to accept the key? I need Office!
Oh, and when I restart, I get the prompt to install
MSMoney - AGAIN, even though that install seemed
successful.
I wasn't sure if I should post my question here or in the
Office section... but I thought with the SP4 install, the
best place was here. I don't know. I'm so distraught!
Thanks,
Carrie
