Just loaded Outlook 2002 on Windows XP on new laptop computer. The calendar
and contacts shortcuts do not come up so I can't start a contacts data base
or a calendar. Help?

In the navigation pane, have you clicked on Folders, rather than Mail Items?

I suspect Milly is referring to Outlook 2003.
You'll need to provide at least some information. You've given us none. By
loading Outlook 2002 I assume you mean you installed it? If so, how did you
configure it? What are you using for your data file? Where are you not
seeing Contact and Calendar that you expect to?

D'OH! Second time in three days. Time to go veg out and watch some
football.

Hey, my Packers are playing tonight - poorly - again - but you understand
about suffering, being a Red Sox fan.
