Now you're getting more and more lost. WAB files are not even used by
Outlook. Those are Outlook Express files.
Are you even using Outlook?

I will try your suggestion. Thank you. Considering my challenge, I
may
have
to get back to you
:
Importing is never the way to transfer data. Just open the PST
file
that
contains your data in Outlook.

My old laptop was destroyed. I have 5 back-up discs of all the
files
that
were on the laptop. I now have a new laptop. I cannot figure
out
how
to
import the appropriate files to populate outlook contacts (BTW
went
from
XP
to Vista)
