LOAD BALANCING

I have a Wink2K server running a program that LOTS of users use. Is
there a way to get that on another server as well? maybe have half
going to one server, and the other half going to the second server?

There are many ways to do this, most of them involving hefty hardware and
expense. You could cluster servers to spread the load, or you could install
load-balancing hardware between mirrored servers.

1. Server Clustering
2. Microsoft NLB

To me they seem to be the same thing,...some say the are just similar but
not quite the same thing. Either way, that is the direction you need to
look. I do think, though, that NLB will work on the Standard Edition, but
the Clustering only works with the Enterprise Edition. Someone who knows
more than me can fill in the details for you.
