Is it possible to load-balance two Windows 2000 Terminal Servers that are
running Windows 2000 Server (as opposed to Windows 2000 Advanced Server)? I
was told by someone that this could be done, but have been unable to find
anything on this. Thanks in adavance for your help!

I don't think so. From a transcript of

Configure Network Load Balancing

The requirements for Network Load Balancing with Terminal Server are
Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server or Windows 2000 Datacenter
Server.

Hi Anthony,

You could also use DNS round-robin. Create 2 records with
the same name for each of your servers and the clients
will be given an alternating IP address to connect to.

This works reasonably well for us with 6 servers.

Thanks Daniel! This is a great idea. I am going to set this up...this
should make a difference for us!
