I need to design a data center and I have a question
about. Does it have sense to use a load balancer (e.g.
Cisco CSM or Radaware) to balance the traffic for 2
server in cluster? Is it sufficient server dual-homed?

No one can answer without much more context and
requirements but it is likely that if you only have two
servers (or can only afford two servers) that other
expensive solutions are not going to be cost effective.

Clustering is already a balancing solution so what
advantages are you expecting by another (additional)
solution?
