Load at Start-Up

I have Outlook 03 and IE 6. Outlook will no longer send and receive at
start-up even though I have the send/receive box checked under Mail Setup. I
have to press "F9" after I open Outlook to receive new e-mails.
Does anyone know of a patch or something to correct this?

Do you have a send/receive interval defined?
 
There are three settings
Send Immediately when connected
Include this group
Schedule an auto.............10mins

I was able to get it to work when I clicked to have it do an automatic
send/receive.
Thanks for your help.
