Load a form (speed)

How i can accelerate the loading a second form. Currently when a pass from
Form1 to Form2 i can see a little blinking and slow speed when the Form2 is
loading.

Try to avoid loading of large amount of data in the form constructor or
load event. I suggest to use multithreading for this. Also check out
