Livecam not seen at remote location

When I make or recive a call, I can see the remote caller but he cannot see
me. The sound transmits both ways with no problem. I can see my video on my
screen so I know the camera is functioning, it just won't leave my location.
The person I am calling says he can contact other locations with no problems
so I assume the problem must be on my end. Help!!

Firewall setting ? Maybe some port needs to be open for the
video portion of the call.

Hardware firewall in a router will need ports open for sending video.
Also software firewalls need ports open for the same thing.
