I want to broadcast live video from my PC to some thousands across the
Internet.
Is there ant desktop or Internet services (probably hosted in some website)
that support that?

Although i've never used WM encoder 9 series to do that,the encoder will
in fact guide you thru broadcasting to the internet.Simply open the
downloaded
encoder,select broadcast,follow the wizard.It even will set up a server for
you
auto....Also,get all its utilities except maybe adobe.
