Live streaming video question

I'm running XP HE SP2, IE6.

Does anyone know how to capture a photo from live streaming video using IE6?
I've tried 'alt+print screen', or just 'printscreen', but when trying to
paste into MS Paint or Paint Shop Pro, either the video image window is
black, or the stream continues to play through it.

It's a legit site, where people post their pics from a live African wildlife
webcam - just so you know I'm not trying anything 'illegal'

The best way to do this is with a good screen capture program like SnagIt:

However, this information from their support site might be helpful, if you
don't want to use a screen capture program:

Basically, disable hardware acceleration in the program you are trying to
capture from, or in Windows itself.

Thanks, Jon. Disabling the hardware acceleration still didn't work;
however, I found a free little program called Fraps - www.fraps.com - which
works a treat.
