Hi Mike,
Just as an aside. Did you find Windows Live Mail to have a steep
learning curve. I've used Outlook Express and Windows Mail for News Groups.
However, I now want to use Windows Live Mail for both News Groups and
email.
After struggling with Office 2007, the thought of learning another
Microsoft application gives me a panic attack.
Thanks for any comment.
Phil
Actually, Philip, I use Outlook 2007 exclusively on my desktop, but I
do use Windows Live Mail on the notebook, just for some variety.
I liked it immediately, although it's strange having a separate inbox,
etc. for each email address. Since I like to keep all my mail
archives in Outlook, I have WLM set to NOT delete messages from the
server when mail is picked up.
I didn't find any problem with the learning curve, probably because I
like computer puzzles and enjoy mastering something new.
You shouldn't have any problem you can't handle. If you do, ask your
