hey,does anyone know how to disable the pop-up guard on
the task bar. i've tried everything.and still no pop ups
are allowed

Try holding down the Control key and clicking somewhere

in the window. I know I'm being vague but I do remember
the key is the Control button! I've experienced this
myself and by the time I've held down CONTROL, the page
has appeared so I', not totally sure what I did!
