It should be easy but i cant find ???

i have graphs which is designed to process the info for daily til
takings and on the X axis i want to make the first column name
"budget" then the others be 1,2,3...... for the days


how can i do that??????????

Hi, Try inserting an extra column on the spreadsheet, and calling it Budget,
and rename the days to 1,2,3, but format the row to text so as Excel
doesn't include it in any calculation, then format the cells that include
the numerical values to currency. Highlight the whole of the area you need
on the graph, and click the graph icon. The first column should be named
Budget and the rest 1,2,3 etc, with the amounts on the y axis. Pauline
