listing in excel

I have a list of clients on one sheet and would like to do a 'list' to
select from on another sheet.
ie list of clients on sheet 'CLIENTS' and I'm in a sheet 'BILLING' I would
like to right click and select from the list of clients.

Can this be done? or how can I do this? the clients lists is constantly
updated. I don't have MS Acess.

I believe that a Data Validation drop-down list would work for you.

See Debra Dalgleish's instructions on DV lists.

As far as the list being constantly updated, note Debra's info on "Dynamic
Ranges" also.
