Listen to radio

I can't listen to radios or use Windows Media Player. A little box pops up
with "An internal application error has occured" No explanation or advise in
the box. A year ago I could listen to all of my radio stations. Thanks for
any help.
 
Thanks Treeman but it didn't work. It said I typed the wrong address even
though I tried it several times. Unfortunately I am a novice.
