Listen: Error (-1) Generic Error : Interface not registered

Dear all
I'm using SASDK beta 4 with window server 2003. I got error <Listen: Error (-1) Generic Error : Interface not registered> while I debug or run the application. I add Localhost to my trusted site list. But error is still there. Please give some solution

Can you please give us answers to the following questions?

1) Which client are you using to debug the app? TASim or IE?
2) Can you also try and open the Speech Control panel and see if Recognition
and TTS work as expected?
3) Can you make sure that you can play audio on the machine? Try playing a
wav file.
4) What app are you using? If you are not using one of our sample
applications, can you try and reproduce this error with our sample
applications?

I'm using both TASim & IE. In both error occures. From control panel speech recoginition & TTS & audio is played normally
Actually prompts are played but when recoginition part comes, error occures. In sample application also error occures
