List of people who have not responded

Hi Using Access 2003. I have recently conducted a survey within my
company using access. I have a lookup list of people who the survey
was aimed at within my Db and have the names of those who have
responded via my survey table. I want to be able to compare both
lists and return a new list of people who have not responded so I can
do a targeted follow up request. I have tried using a standard query
but that doesnt seem to allow both tables to display all records, I
was trying to use the criteria <> name but that doesnt work with only
a prt list of names. Any suggestions welcome

in the query design view, double-click on the line between the fields
that contain the names. A popup will appear that shows 3 join options.
Select the second or third option, whichever is the applicable one for
your query. Use no criteria to return all records, or put is Null as
the criteria for the survey response query to return only those who
have not responded.
