List of open files?

On our NT4 server, I can go to server manager and see all the open files
users have.

I was wondering if my Win 2000 pro station has some utility that shows all
the open file that my computer is using including the ones it has open over
a network link.

This shows files that others have open on my computer via shares. I was
hoping to see the files my own computer has open. The complex software we
use will open several files so it is not always apparent which files are
open. It would be nice to see them in a list.
