I have 2 questions:

1. Is it possible to get a list of all computers(or users) that ar
connected to a company's network?
I'm thinking of something like with printers. It's easy to get list o
connected printers.

2. Is there a way to make an Excel template to send a massage over th
net if somebody has opened it?Something like *net send* ..

Hi Dreamer,

Here is some code to do number 1. I took it off Randy Birch's site, with
just a few mods for VBA. Just create a userform, add a listbox and a
commandbutton, and paste the code below into the form code module. I haven't
tested on a big network, but it works on my local network okay.

On point 2, are you looking to email, or broadcast that message?

Thanks, I'll give it a try. And as far the second point is concerned
was thinking of something like a pop-up massage not an email

Are you still looking for the pop-up solution?
