list of fields

I'd like to have a list of included & (hopefully) user defined fields. Ideally, the list would show location/association. Document fields: Abstract/Author/..
I'm using 2002 sp2
Please let me know what to do, thanks.
 
Er, what's the context for this? How is it related to Outlook?
