There is only one local policy on the operating system so my guess is you
want to view the settings. Supposedly you can use the secedit command with
the /export switch to dump most security configuration but last I heard that
does not work quite right but you can try it. You can also open Local
Security Policy and go to various categories under security settings such as
security options and then right click and select export to export settings
to a text file if that would help.
