List field names

Hi,

Is there a quick way to produce a list of all the field
names in a table (that can be copied into another
application or printed, for example)?

Apologies if this has been posted before (think there have
been previous questions similar to mine, but I couldn't
find them using the search method).

Tools + Analyze + Documenter

Make sure you check the options you want to show, or else get lots and
lots of paper.
