When addressing emails, my contacts (personal, not the comany's global
address book) used to be listed by company, then by last, first. I just had
my machine updated, and now when I list my contacts there is no company
field. It's frustrating because I don't necessarily know the names of many
of my contacts; just their company and position. Thanks!

The Outlook Address Book can be sorted by either by FN/LN or by the File
As... fields
If your File As... fields contain the company name, you can do what you
want.
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

Thank you! That worked perfectly :)
