List Box to choose the content range of the report

Hello,

I want to make a listbox to filter the range of the reports. The row source
of the list box is from table which is the Member Status. Since the content
of the table is just A, I dan D. How can I make it to show on the list box A
to show as " Active"; I to Show as "Passive"; D to show as " Dormant"

Thanks for any idea
 
Create a table that indicates the valid values for Status and what they
mean.
