List box scroll bars acting wierd

I am using Access 2002 and working with an Access 2000
database.

When I insert a list box, bound or unbound, in any form,
the down-scroll button and slider does not work - it just
selects whichever record is next to them. The up-scroll
button works.

Is there some patch I should know about?
 
I can't duplicate this error on my Access 2002... ;Maybe re-installing and
make sure you have the latest updates from MS...
