List Box Query

Hello

I have a table which contains peoples names and the building they are based
in plus their email address, is there anyway of having a list box on my form
so then the user can select mutiple buildings to send an email to. I already
have the code to send the email but I would like to know if it is possible
to run a query based on the selection i make in the list box,

Ok, i have that code copied into the Click event of my button, i also have
alist box on my form. But there are no instructions as to the variables i
need to change?
