List all messages

I've had Vista, just a few days..in a new computer.Cannot succeed in being
able to list all my messages. Succeeded once or twice, but only after going
through an exasperating exercise...Nor can I get columns, to show details
which I want...Please help

Click on the folder or newsgroup in which you want to see all the messages,
then View, then Current View, then Show All Messages, and it should show
you all it has room for. Scroll down to see the rest.
