List address book contacts by their "File As" name

For Outlook 2000 C/W mode, when in the new message window I hit the "To..."
button, my contacts are listed by their first and last name. How do I
display it by the nickname which is the "File as" field in the Contacts
folder?
 
Tools menu > Services > Highlight the Outlook Address Book service > Click
Properties > Set sort order

I am having the same problem but have OutlookXP. There ist no 'Services'
entry in my 'Tools' menu. So I am wondering where that 'feature' is located
in my version.

Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
