Outlook list AD users in combo box in outlook form

I am trying to have a combobox in outlook forms that will list the names of the people in AD, instead of typing their names in. I don't want just the curren user. Is there a way to do this? I am using outlook 2003, exchange 2003 on xp machine. thanks all!!!
