Linksys Ethernet Card

Ok-So I've pulled out half of my hair on this. I hope
this is a stupid question. I installed the ethernet card
in a Dell operating on XP. I get one green light on the
card and one yellow light. The Network reconizes the card
and the router recognizes the computer. So what am I doing
wrong with the configuration of the ethernet card? I have
checked everything I can think of and I still do not have
this card properly installed.
PLEASE HELP!

The yellow light means it's working in 100Mhz
mode. Sounds like its working ok to me.
