Linksys and Vista

Hi everyone there, nice to write once again.

Well, I have an issue trying to connect a Linksys BEFW11S4 with Windows
Vista, it seems that the wireless LAN does not connect to the Linksys device.
If anyone out there knows a probably solution, please post it.

Do you have WEP or any security on the Linksys? What errors does it give
you, or can Vista just not see the router itself? Also, is it a laptop
(check to see if the wireless is turned on on the laptop)?
 
do you have the latest firmware for this older router? only the
V3 hardware rev is listed as compatible with Vista and requires
firmware version 1.44.2
