Links wont work in explorer

I made my site in Frontapge 2002. Works great on my
computer using Explorer 6, but when other people who are
not using the latest version 6 look at it, none of my
links work. Do you need to be on explorer 6 to view a
site done in frontpage 2002? i dont know why so many
people cant work the links when everything works great on
my PC. thanks.
