links won't open

Why do links within messages not open? When a link is
clicked, an IE window opens, but the URL link isn't in
the URL address bar, so I have to manually copy the link
URL and paste it into the address bar. Thanks.

Try This:

Click [start] [run]
Type: regsvr32 /i urlmon.dll [press enter]
regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll [press enter]
regsvr32 actxprxy.dll [press enter]

Restart Windows
Open IE click [tools][internet options][programs][reset
web settings]
