Links won't open

Hi,

I wonder if anyone here can help me, The problem is when I go to a web site
and click on a link a new window opens for that link page, but if I click on
a link in that page Internet Explorer will not go to that page is there a
limit to how many window you can have open at one time, any help you can
give would be much appreciated as this is getting very annoying.

Quick answer....you can have as many windows open as you
want/need. Too many and you might get confused.!!!!!!!
 
Hi Mini - Go to Start|Run and enter "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the
quotes). After you get a Success message, re-boot. If that doesn't work,
then check out the following article and do the additional steps outlined
there:

(Press Enter after each command)
Regsvr32 /i URLMON.DLL
Regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll
Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
Regsvr32 oleaut32.dll

2. Restart Windows
3. Open IE [Tools] [Internet Options] [Programs] [Reset
Web Settings]

If this does not help, run this fix:

Thank you for your help, but my problem is this, I do a search in google, I
click on 1 of the links from google that link opens in a new window, then I
click on a link from that new window and that link opens in another new
window then when I click on a link on this new window nothing happens IE
will not open this link, it happens every time I do this no matter what site
I go to, it seems IE will not let me have too many window open for some
reason, I find this very strange.

Hi Mini - Taking the scenario you gave, can you close one of the earlier
windows and then open the "third" one? Also, have you tried clearing out
your Temp Internet Files?
