Hi
Machine been acting up again and it has been through all the tests and I saw
it caught Win32/Alan.J worm and JS/Petch trojan with etrust anti-virus. I did
a restore but nothing changed so I put it back to today and it worked for
about a minute. When I open an email and try to go onto a link within it, it
won't do anything. Then my keys for internet and email stop working.
Earlier I had a message saying my windows was not genuine which is not true,
but that has gone now. I also ran spyblaster, Lavasoft adware and registry
machanic and nothing turned up, also ran another program from Microsoft but
nothing appeared. Please try and help as it drives me mad when my computer
acts up, Thank you.

Hi
I have been through every bit of advice and it started off fine then it went
back to how it was. So it won't let me open links in my emails. I did two
scans and the first one caught 20 then I restarted and turned system restore
back on. If you have any other help please, I will try it. I really need
to get this sorted as I need to open links within my emails, Thank you,
waiting for any help.

Hi
I tried everything on your lists but it never did anything, I started off
with opening my links but it stopped after about a minute. So I am back to
square one, any advice would be welcome, Thank you.

Are you perhaps running the beta version of IE7? If so, I have no personal
experience with the problem, but I've heard of this behavior being caused by
it.

Hi
I have no idea what is running but I have been looking at problems and
answers and tried something called ping and it just did one line which read
D:\Document 1\Merfyn 1> not four lines which it said would happen, so I don't
have a clue what to do. Any help would be great but keep it simple other I
might not be able to do it, Thank you.

Hi
I think it works ok now, I read everything about it and try all the
different solutions and I went to Advanced tab and unticked Enable
third-party browser then restarted. I tried about 10 emails and they all
opened the links inside. I hope this is right and I don't end up with more
problem from unticking it. Thank you to all who tried to help.
