links to frames

hi all

i am trying to ma a video clips in my web site but i am having some problems
whit links this is what i like to do if it can be done

this page i made it is a VIDEO ARCHIVES it is a frames page you can see it

till ther i have no problems to make links in the frames now this is what i
need.
here is a other page but this is not a frame page it is a normal page it is
a match repot it is a report of a game vs Valletta but like this page there
is more like vs Mosta or vs BKara and in each page ther is a link calld
HIGHLIGHTS. you can see one here

now i whant thet when a user hit the HIGHLIGHTS link in the match repot vs
Valletta this will go to thet page VIDEO ARCHIVES and play thi clip of vs
Valletta or if a user is in a match repot vs Mosta it will play the clip vs
Mosta

i made another post os maybe it is easy to explejn this way
i am having a some problems on how to make a link from a normal page to a
frame page
i have a website it is a soccer site and i have video clips in it .
in the frame page i have split in 2 "a" and "b".
in "a" i have the clips and in "b" i have links to to difrint clips but that
is ok i now how th link them to open in frame "a" it is how to open the clips
in "a" from a normal page here is a link of what i like to do

the right side of the page you will see links and ther is a small image of a
camera you cant mise it. hit the link and you see what i am looking for
and if you can see each link loads a diffrent clip in the fames
