links on outlook express

When I try to connect to a link on OXP nothing happens. Have tried the copy
paste system but some times that doesn't work either

I went through this routine, and still can't open links. The urlmon.dll did
not succeed originally, but I put the others in, they succeeded, and then
the urlmon.dll succeeded after the others were in. But still can't get to
links in Outlook Express. Thanks in advance for your help.

Go to Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types. Scroll to
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol/Advanced/Edit. Under Application used to
perform action it should read:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome
