Links not coming up as full pages, just little boxes

Hello. All of a sudden, when I click on a link, it pops
up as a little box which I have to maximize. This never
happened before. I have no idea how to fix this. Any
ideas? Thanks very much!

Close all windows EXCEPT the one that open "minimised"; right click on your
Task Bar, either on the open space on the right or left end (your choice);
select "Tile Windows Horizontally" and IE will maximise; close IE. Re-open
IE and it will be maximised.
