links look strange

Please look at my website. I am trying to do this for my church, and the
links look awful!

I don't know what happens to the links. I have taken over from the person
who created the site, and she cannot figure out what I have done either. Wow,
any help appreciated

It looks to me like the image paths are not correct. It is trying to get an
image as a bg for the cell, or has an image as a link, but either the images
do not exist, or the path to them is broken.
