links in windows mail not working

Hi Group,
I have had a problem develop where links in the body of my email messages do
not work. When I roll over them, the cursor turns to a hand but when I click
nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Control Panel | Programs | Default Programs | Set your default programs
Make sure Internet Explorer has all its defaults.

Hi, Bob.

If these are links in messages you are currently composing, they won't work.
To test them before mailing, you can save them as Drafts, then open them
from there and click on them.

If they are in messages you've received, you may need to press Ctrl while
you click the link.
