Links in right click??

Hi, I have an unwanted link to a website that popped up
as i was looking at a webpage, The Pop Up set the
website to my homepage and is now in the menu that you
see when you right click. it is in the division that has
the actions "similar pages" and "translate into
English". and its beginnning to annoy me, plzzz
help! :):) thnx
 
Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
